Training plan tweakage

Now that I know my summer schedule...I can officially modify my training plan.  Things were starting to get a bit confusing for me so the updated print out is much needed for me.  Oh, the tweaked plan also reflects my 15 mile long runs (previously logged as 12-14 mile runs). 


Please note, I am not promoting this plan as my own genius.  I have simply tweaked the plan of a professional runner.  Before you start any running plan or exercise program, check with your doctor to ensure you are healthy enough to do so. :)
