10 years....who knew I could do it???
Today, I celebrate my 10 year goal weight anniversary. I blogged about it over on
Leading The Weigh. Check it out if you have time to hear a long winded way of me saying how much stronger I feel now! :)

Great job on the weight loss and that post made me tear up. So happy for you!
ReplyDeleteWow! That is seriously impressive!
ReplyDeleteUgggg, I need to STOP trying to approve comments from my phone. The text is so tiny...and my fingertips are NOT. lol Sorry to have deleted this one, but I copied and pasted in an attempt to "publish" it anyway:
ReplyDeleteThat is no easy feat - How proud you must be!
Very motivating to read your story.

CONGRATULATIONS! Very impressive. YAY YOU!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome Heather <3 Some day I may just have to do my before/after pics. It's funny how many people I know running has totally transformed their bodies. I wish so many people didn't just put down running as boring. It is the least boring thing I have ever done :)
ReplyDeleteDo it! Take the pix. Even if you don't look at them now....just take them. You will be so glad you did. I was so humiliated to pic those babies up from Costco, but I'm over it now. lol
DeleteOh I have one on a memory card LOL I also have one from a long time ago I went through the same thing picking up from Sam's Club :-P It is one of the reasons I get really irked when people make snide remarks about how it is "easy" for me. Many of those people didn't really see me for several years ;) I was very very thin. Then I put on a very large amount of weight then have been able to lose it by hard work...nothing easy about it!
DeleteOhhhhh, lady. I feel your pain regarding those remarks. At least once a week while working for WW, someone would accuse me of using someone else's "before" picture. I always made sure to point out that no one in their right mind would claim my nose! They were my pictures!!! Then....older women would ALWAYS tell me I only lost the weight because I was young when I did it...not 50 or 60. The excuses people make never cease to amaze me. I always made sure to point out someone in the room close to their age who lost the weight as an older woman. I cannot STAND excuses or people with "fattitude"! It's not easy. It's not easy losing it or keeping it off. It's all about the choices we make. Why can people not see that???? Are they crazy? Denial is powerful. lol
